On November 1st, the brand dropped initial teasers for a new special edition specifically crafted for the Brazilian market, promising a customized trim packed with comic book flair.
While full details remain under lock and key, the teasers reveal Jeep and Marvel logos stamped on the dashboard, contrasting red stitching, and a nod to the comic universe right on the steering wheel.
The officially unnamed special edition focuses heavily on tailored design, versatility, and personality. Unsurprisingly, mechanical tweaks are completely absent from the press note, and production numbers alongside launch pricing remain unannounced. Order dates are also pending, though the partnership itself is now officially locked in.
This superhero romance isn’t entirely out of nowhere. Back in August, during the Interlagos Festival in São Paulo, Jeep turned heads with a show car dedicated to Doctor Doom, featuring a sinister green livery, exclusive graphics, and custom touches on both the interior and wheels. While that villainous ride was merely a one-off promotional exercise, this newly announced release is a legitimate special edition destined for public roads. Though Jeep has yet to confirm whether Doctor Doom will remain the hero of choice or if the brand will pivot to a broader Marvel theme.
The marketing machine had already started revving in September with an action-packed test-drive campaign. Drivers faced simulated threats from cosmic villains like Thanos, Magneto, Ultron, and Galactus, designed to showcase the Avenger’s mild-hybrid powertrain and advanced driver-assistance systems.
