Know the automotive world and have a story to tell? Introduce yourself to our editorial team or suggest a story worth exploring.

01 · Two ways to take part

Writers and readers. Different perspectives.

ClubAlfa covers brands, vehicles and changes across the automotive industry. We welcome ideas that help readers understand a development, discover a model or revisit a story. You can introduce your profile or share a useful lead.

02 · Your contribution

Passion for cars.
Care for the story.

Knowledge of the industry matters, alongside the ability to turn it into clear, original and verifiable content.

01

Automotive knowledge

Know the brands and topics you want to cover, follow developments and understand their wider context.

02

Clear writing

Organise information, explain technical terms where needed and distinguish facts, interpretation and unconfirmed reports.

03

Careful sourcing

Check figures and claims, identify your sources and flag what still needs verification.

04

Originality and collaboration

Offer a useful perspective, respect rights in submitted material and work with editors on revisions and updates.

Tell us about any experience with publishing tools, photography, video or writing in other languages. This helps us understand your profile.

03 · Introduce yourself

A concrete application.
Your work at the centre.

To propose an editorial collaboration, send a brief introduction and examples of your work. Include:

  • Who you are and what you do. Relevant experience, interests and skills; you may link to a CV or portfolio.
  • Two or three writing samples. Published articles or other original work, with accessible links and a note on your contribution.
  • Topics you would like to cover. Brands, the market, technology, mobility, models, history or communities; tell us which languages you write in.
  • An idea for ClubAlfa. A working headline, short outline and sources to start from.
  • Your availability. How much time you could devote and what sort of collaboration you would propose.

Open the contact form

We welcome proposals and unsolicited applications. If we agree to work together, the activity, arrangements, timing and financial terms are discussed before work begins.

04 · A story, article or event

Have a story to share?

You can send original work, alert us to a development that needs checking or suggest an event of interest to readers. Press offices, organisers and clubs may share releases and background material.

Make your idea verifiable

Explain what you want to share and why it matters. Include dates, location, sources and useful links. For an event, name the organiser and provide an official reference.

Identify sources and rights

For text and images, identify the author, origin and appropriate credits. Send material you own or are authorised to share, and state any conditions of use. Online availability alone does not grant reuse rights.

Choose “Editorial” in the contact form and begin your message with “Editorial contribution”, “News tip” or “Press release / event”.

Send your contribution

Submitting material does not begin an ongoing collaboration. Publication is not guaranteed: the editorial team assesses relevance, sources and suitability, and may ask for more details or develop a lead independently.

05 · Our approach

Quality comes before publication.

We assess proposals for editorial interest and the quality of their information. The editorial team decides what to publish and how to cover it. Any revisions or further reporting depend on the material received.

Please disclose any relevant professional or commercial connection. Editorial contributions follow our editorial policy, including its approach to sources, accuracy, image rights and corrections.

Commercial proposals have a separate route: see our Advertising page. Sending a release or an application does not entitle anyone to editorial coverage.

06 · Before you get in touch

Frequently asked questions

Can I apply without published articles?

You can show us original writing that demonstrates your skills and approach. Say clearly if the examples are unpublished and include the sources you used.

How are the terms of collaboration agreed?

Terms depend on the proposed work and are agreed with the editorial team before it begins. Sending an application or material does not mean that an assignment has been accepted.

Will everything I send be published?

No. We assess proposals and cannot guarantee publication or a reply to every submission. If we need clarification or your profile is of interest, we may contact you using the details you provide.

Where can I request a correction or report a rights issue?

Use the contact form and include the URL and relevant information. Our editorial policy describes the process.

Send only the information needed to assess your proposal. Read our Privacy Policy before completing the form.
