The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica made its debut at the 2026 New York International Auto Show with a major update that also marks an important step for the future identity of the American brand. The minivan that for years has stood as the benchmark in its segment in the United States now returns with a completely redesigned front end, one that looks more squared-off and more technological. The carmaker centers the new face around its illuminated winged badge and a full-width LED lighting signature that stretches across the nose, giving the vehicle a presence that feels closer to a premium crossover than to a traditional minivan.
Chrysler updates the 2027 Pacifica with new design, tech, and a simpler lineup

Chrysler has also revised the rear, where a new full-width light bar matches the brand’s updated design language. The visual lineup now expands with 18-inch to 20-inch wheels, new exterior colors, and the return of the S Appearance package for buyers who want a sportier look.
Inside, the cabin keeps the family-focused character that has always defined the Pacifica, with seven seats as standard and an available eight-seat layout. At the same time, Chrysler has taken a step forward in presentation through improved materials, available Nappa leather on higher trims, and a Pinnacle version that introduces a Blue Agave interior with contrast stitching and more refined finishes.

The Stow ’n Go system remains the Pacifica’s real signature feature. The second- and third-row seats fold completely into the floor in just seconds, creating a large cargo area without requiring owners to remove anything. Competitors still do not offer a true direct equivalent to that solution, and Chrysler can pair it with all-wheel drive, a rare combination in the minivan segment.
On the technology front, Chrysler has divided the offerings into two separate packages. The Family Tech Group includes the Uconnect 5 NAV system with a 10.1-inch display, extra USB ports, and the FamCAM interior camera for monitoring rear passengers. The Theater Group focuses on entertainment and adds Amazon Fire TV, rear screens, and built-in streaming capability. Chrysler has also expanded the safety package with blind-spot camera display activated by the turn signal and automatic camera activation during maneuvers.

Under the hood, the 2027 Pacifica keeps the proven 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 with 287 horsepower, paired with a nine-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission and a towing capacity of up to 3,600 pounds. Chrysler has also reorganized the range by dropping the Voyager name and introducing a new entry-level trim called Pacifica LX, a move that simplifies the model’s commercial structure by placing the entire lineup under a single name.
Pricing also helps clarify Chrysler’s new Pacifica strategy for 2027. The lineup now starts at $41,495 for the front-wheel-drive LX, while the Select begins at $44,545 in FWD form and rises to $47,890 with AWD. The Limited starts at $49,705 with front-wheel drive and reaches $53,050 with all-wheel drive, while the range-topping Pinnacle opens at $54,910 and climbs to $58,255 in AWD form. These figures place the Pacifica in the upper part of the minivan segment, especially in its higher trims, reinforcing Chrysler’s effort to position it as a more premium and better-equipped family vehicle.
