Since 2017, Forbes magazine has been publishing its ranking of the best employers in the world based on the opinions of 170,000 people in 50 countries. Unlike 2022, two car manufacturers have entered the top ten. Among these, we find Ferrari, the world’s most famous automotive brand, which ranks fifth behind Samsung Electronics (at the top for the fourth consecutive year), Microsoft, Google, and Apple.

Forbes’ ranking of the best employers sees Ferrari breaking into the fifth position

The Italian brand has climbed 13 positions in one year and has also won the Best Employer in Italy award for the fourth consecutive year. This result may have been influenced by the €13,500 (gross) donated in February to around 5,000 employees to achieve set goals.

Ferrari has thus replaced the BMW Group as the most pleasant automotive company to work with. The Bavarian brand still ranks 9th, four positions higher than in 2022. The top 10 best employers in the automotive sector are completed by Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Ford, Isuzu, Toyota, Kia, and Renault. The French brand ranks 175th in this list, despite rising 32 positions from the previous year.

Finally, the Stellantis Group behaves poorly and is only 21st in the car manufacturers’ ranking, representing the 531st position in the overall ranking, a drop of 73 positions. So, another good news in 2023 that has been undoubtedly very positive for the Maranello-based company.
